Methodological Guideline for Impact Assessment

This working paper presents the results of a review of existing scientific literature as well as official reports and policy documents on existing impact measurement methodologies and results. Furthermore, it includes the results from literature and from the focus groups with Third Sector stakeholders in the form of a set of consensus impact indicators, both at the micro (personal) and macro (societal) levels. It is part of the project “The Contribution of the Third Sector to Europe’s Socio-economic Development”.
